Chimax offers a variety of engineering services including civil and structural engineering. Our core focus is in the design and engineering of high voltage substations, switching stations, and transmission and distribution lines.
Chimax has been involved in over 50% of the wind and solar installed capacity in Ontario which resulted from the Government of Ontario initiative on renewable energy development since 2004.
Transmission & Distribution Lines
Chimax’s engineering team designs transmission and distributions lines from conceptual stage to detailed engineering and design.
Substation & Switchyard
Starting from the conceptual design stage, Chimax provides detailed design packages for construction based on Single Line Diagrams and available land.
